Green Goddess.

Last night was brilliant. The first day of NOLAFW shows at The Saratoga and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the design of the space - from the runway, to the rooftop lounge to the luxury suites (omg the “Red Riding Hood” and “Wolf” rooms are unreal, photos to come)!

And this dress: it’s the ’Goddess’ dress from Libellule F/W 12 that I posted from the runway yesterday.  With the prettiest shade of flowing green fabric and a vintage ribbon belt (100 years old!) I felt like a wood-nymph-fairy-princess. The designers Crickett and Leigh were so sweet to lend it to me to wear! 

There’s lots more to come this week from our local designers: tonight I’ll be wearing Loretta Jane for Kelli Cooper’s show. Fashionista friends, I’d love to see you there!
